The impact of Covid-19 is stimulating the emergence of indigenous innovation and technology in Nigeria's real estate. Disruptions in global supply chains and a worsening forex regime means less access to foreign tech and inputs, two important assets in bridging the national housing deficit.

Nigerian innovators and entrepreneurs are rising to fill in the gap by providing local alternatives to critical components of our drive to improve the quality and quantity of our national housing stock.
REDAN is at the forefront of this effort with her RUHI-774 Scheme aimed at developing 100 housing units in each of the 774 local government councils of the federation.
(Congratulating the President & Chairman of Council (REDAN), Alh. Dr. Aliyu Oroji Wamakko at the General Meeting and Extraordinary Meeting held in Kaduna, October, 2021)
